This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions regarding the processing, handling, and delivery of orders placed with DAVINCI VALVES LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs clearance, or due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard and express shipping options, subject to availability in your region.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

2.1. Deliveries shall be carried out according to Incoterms® 2020, as specified in the Client’s purchase order or in the Company’s written order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, the default delivery condition shall be FOB Shanghai Port, China or FOB place of installation.

2.2. Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall transfer to the Client only upon delivery and formal handover of the products at the agreed destination.

2.3. Partial deliveries shall only be accepted with prior written consent of the Company. Overdeliveries or underdeliveries are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worlwide, and all international destinations unless restricted by applicable trade regulations.

Some regions may be excluded due to logistical limitations, local laws, or carrier restrictions.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.

Promotional offers or free shipping may apply as communicated on our website.

4.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping costs are included in the price under the agreed Incoterms®.
4.2. Any additional costs due to special shipping requests (e.g., express delivery, specialized packaging, insurance beyond standard coverage) shall be borne by the Client. -
4.3. The Company ensures that all products are securely, adequately, and appropriately packaged to withstand international transport and to minimize the risk of damage.

4.4. Each shipment shall include the following documentation:
Order number and reference,
Item number and description,
Quantity,
Packing
Customs documents (if applicable).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

5.1. The Client shall bear any costs arising from delays in customs clearance resulting from incomplete or erroneous documents provided by the Client.
6. Tracking & Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s systems and may not be immediately available.

6. Delivery Deadlines

6.1. The delivery periods indicated in the order confirmation are binding.
6.2. In the event of an anticipated delay, the Company will notify the Client immediately in writing, stating the reason and the new estimated delivery date.
6.3. Should the Client fail to accept delivery within the agreed timeframe, the Company reserves the right to charge storage and handling fees, as well as to pass on any additional transport costs.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

In the event of a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order.
8. Risk of Loss

All items purchased are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at valves@davincivalves.com with photographic evidence.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be offered only after verification.

9. Inspection and Acceptance

9.1. Upon delivery, the Client is obliged to inspect the products immediately for any visible defects or transport damages. Any such issues must be reported to the carrier and to the Company in writing within 7 days of receipt.
9.2. Hidden defects must be reported within a reasonable period, but no later than 20 days after discovery.

10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, transport interruptions, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chengdu, China, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chengdu, China.
12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, carrier terms, or company practices. Updates will be published on this website.
